The CNC lathe DynaTurn 102 is suitable for turning both simple and very complex workpieces, both in piecework and serial production.

The spindle of the machine is hardened, made of quality steel and stored in conical bearings. This is a basic prerequisite for smooth operation without unwanted vibrations. The spindle drive is provided by a SIMOTICS asynchronous motor with precise positioning. With suitable accessories, it is possible to mount powered tools on the machine, e.g. for boring holes in the face, milling grooves, etc.

Due to the size of the machine, high rigidity is achieved. It is mainly due to the kinematic arrangement and a very massive bed of cast granite "mineral casting". The longitudinal and transverse support together form a robust cross table housed in a pre-tensioned BoschRexroth rolling guide. The machine easily handles the machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, etc.

The clamping plate of the transverse support is equipped with a grid of threads for variable distribution of frontal and radial tool holders. This solution is a natural guarantee of high stiffness, speed and accuracy of approach.

All moving parts are covered with a stainless steel plate and arranged so that the chips fall without being caught in the catch basin. This arrangement not only greatly facilitates operation, maintenance and adjustment, but also significantly reduces the rate of wear. A coolant tank with a pump is located under the sump.
